The convivence fee is different than the chart below, its a percentage of the amount due.
The Fee Schedule will be as follows for Clerks Fees and Tax Payments:
Any Single Cumulative Transaction Totaling: $1.00-$100.00 -$3.00 Fee
Any Single Cumulative Transaction Totaling: $100.01-$200.00 -$6.00 Fee
Any Single Cumulative Transaction Totaling: $200.01-$300.00 -$9.00 Fee
Any Single Cumulative Transaction Totaling: $300.01-$400.00 -$12.00 Fee
Any Single Cumulative Transaction Totaling: $400.01-$500.00 -$15.00 Fee
Any Single Cumulative Transaction Exceeding: $500.01 -Fee 3% of the Transaction
When making your online payment you must have the bill in front of you.
You will be required to fill out:
Bill # (and the SBL or Tax Map # for Tax Bills)

Please remember that Tax Bills must be paid in FULL, partial payments or payments made in the wrong amount can not be accepted and may result in additional fees and/or penalties. Water Payments may be made in full or partial amounts.
Credit card payments can also be made at the Village Hall Office or over the phone. 716-795-3777
