The WHITE postcards with BLUE shaded boxes are mailed out on or as close to the 10th of the month listed above and are due on the 10th or other specified date of the following month without penalty. A 10% penalty will be added if payment is made after the due date. The Village of Barker does not shut off water customers; any unpaid water will be relieved onto the Village Tax Roll for the property of which the usage occurred.
